What You'll Be Doing

• •Operate haul units and other mobile equipment safely and efficiently to support quarry production.
• •Perform utility duties throughout the quarry, including cleanup, material handling, and equipment support.
• •Conduct pre-shift inspections and report safety, equipment, or operational concerns promptly.
• •Support plant and quarry operations by assisting with production, maintenance, and operational tasks as needed.
• •Maintain a safe, organized, and environmentally compliant work area while contributing to team productivity goals.

What Are We Looking For

• •Demonstrated ability to safely operate or quickly learn to operate heavy mobile equipment in an industrial environment.
• •Commitment to safety with the ability to follow procedures, policies, and operational standards.
• •Mechanical aptitude and the ability to identify and communicate equipment or process issues.
• •Dependable team player with strong work ethic and willingness to support a variety of operational tasks.
• •Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced outdoor environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
