What You'll Be Doing

• •Operate front-end loaders safely and efficiently to move, stockpile, and load aggregate materials.
• •Load customer and company vehicles accurately while maintaining product quality standards.
• •Perform daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs promptly.
• •Maintain clean, organized, and safe yard, stockpile, and loadout areas.
• •Support plant production and shipping activities to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

What Are We Looking For

• •Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy mobile equipment in a quarry, mining, construction, industrial, or similar environment.
• •Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to established procedures and regulations.
• •Ability to perform equipment inspections, identify operational concerns, and communicate issues effectively.
• •Dependable, self-motivated team player with strong attention to detail and situational awareness.
• •Ability to work productively in a fast-paced outdoor environment while adapting to changing operational needs.

Conditions of Employment

• •Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check.
• •Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing.

Work Environment

Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
