The IG Support Coordinator serves as a trusted partner to investors, helping strengthen the investment process through proactive coordination, relationship management, anticipation of investor needs, workflow optimization, and technology adoption. The role focuses on creating greater investor capacity and effectiveness by leveraging emerging AI tools, facilitating high-value interactions with corporates and external providers, supporting investment team committee coordination, and enabling information flow across the Capital System. As a trusted partner, the IG Support Coordinator helps strengthen connectivity across the unit by improving operating efficiency, supporting effective prioritization, and contributing to collaborative problem solving.

Key Responsibilities

Helps create investor capacity by coordinating complex logistics, improving workflows, enabling information flow, and supporting timely access to internal and external stakeholders.

Act as a connector across the Capital System, facilitating collaboration and information sharing among investors, Corporate Access, METS, Technology, Sales, and other teams.

Independently resolve service issues, using sound judgment, , and structured problem-solving to deliver consistent, high-quality support

Proactively manage complex scheduling, travel, and logistical requirements requiring sound judgment and discretion, while ensuring alignment with investor priorities.

Build and maintain strong relationships with external providers and corporate contacts, serving as a trusted point of coordination to keep Capital’s investors top of mind for access.

Coordinate investor interactions with corporates, external research providers, industry experts, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to support investment decisions and client outcomes.

Organize investment group calls and committee meetings, ensuring efficient scheduling, planning, material preparation, and execution.

Leverage AI and emerging technologies to improve meeting preparation, information synthesis, workflow automation, and operational efficiency across the investment ecosystem.

Build proficiency in AI and digital tools, to further support innovative IGA workflow use cases and their adoption across the team.

Strengthen team capability and the future-state support model by sharing best practices, supporting peer learning, and contributing to projects, recruiting, and initiatives that foster a culture of innovation and operational excellence.

5+ years of administrative or operational experience

Strong attention to detail with a consistent track record of high-quality output & effective problem solving

Clear and professional communication skills

Ability to manage multiple tasks and stakeholder priorities

Uses feedback as an opportunity to demonstrate learning agility and adaptability

Strong service mindset with a focus on responsiveness and teamwork

Excel at using technology, systems, and AI tools to complete work and drive operational efficiencies (familiarity with Concur, FactSet, Microsoft suite and Copilot preferred)

In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
