POSITION OVERVIEW:
This role is designed to build a strong foundation throughout baseball operations, combining curriculum and project-based education, day-to-day project and task execution, and exposure to decision-making processes at the highest level of the game. Prior baseball experience is not mandatory for success in this role. The Associate will primarily support the International Scouting department with exposure to the Acquisitions domain through the following functions:
Power-using decision-making and valuation materials for player analysis and evaluation.
Driving progress and improvements in the international amateur player acquisition processes.
Oversight of the collection, mapping, and cleaning of international video and data.
TIMELINE AND COMPENSATION:
This program begins in January 2027 or June 2027, depending on candidate availability, and runs through October 31 st , 2027. The hourly rate for this role is $20 and includes a generous monthly living stipend.
