We are hiring for a full-time 2nd Shift Operations Supervisor for Mountain Top Foam-Charlotte. We provide competitive pay, excellent benefits and a chance to be part of our growing location.

What You Will Do:

• •Manage and oversee a specific department and team within the production process.
• •Coordinate the team’s activities to accomplish the established production and safety goals.
• •Manage and inspect the team’s output to ensure quality and accuracy.
• •Maintain time and production records.
• •Estimate production material needs and manage inventory.
• •Teach the team company safety policies and enforce all safety regulations with a goal of zero incidents.
• •Collaborate with the team and management to identify and implement ways to improve production and safety.
• •Help to mediate and resolve conflicts within the team.
• •Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Will Need

• •A high school diploma or GED is required.
• •A bachelor’s degree, associate degree, or certification in a related field is preferred.
• •2 years of supervisory experience is required.
• •Capable working knowledge of Microsoft Office and other data-entry programs.

Salary Range: $62,000 to $88,000
