Key Responsibilities:

• •Evaluate equipment for repair or replacement
• •Align, fit, and assemble components using hand and power tools
• •Inspect and troubleshoot machine centers for defects
• •Install electrical and electronic parts and hardware
• •Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical documents
• •Repair and calibrate hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• •Test electromechanical assemblies using instruments like voltmeters
• •Verify dimensions and tolerances using precision tools
• •Operate metalworking machines to fabricate parts
• •Train others in installation and maintenance procedures
• •Perform preventive maintenance and repairs
• •Use vehicle computer systems to diagnose issues
• •Conduct safety checks and complete repair documentation
• •Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• •Complete repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
• •Other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Monday through Friday 11pm to 7:30am

Qualifications:

• •Preventative maintenance experience
• •Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform strenuous physical tasks
• •Adaptability to various work environments
• •Welding/fabrication experience is a major plus
