Are you ready to take your career to new heights? We’re searching for an experienced ex-military pilot Instructor to become an A330 MRTT (known as the KC-30A in Australia) Pilot Instructor at RAAF Base Amberley Brisbane, close to the Gold Coast and Sunshine Coast. This is your chance to shape the next generation of Australian Defence pilots, with full relocation support and a work visa provided!

Your Mission:

Report to the KC30A Lead Instructor in support of a program run by the Key Account Manager, supporting an advanced training program including Pilot Qualification courses, and currency and proficiency events

Deliver engaging mission briefs and debriefs.

Provide hands-on simulator instruction to KC30A pilot students in a brand-new, state-of-the-art Flight Training Device

Collaborate with simulator maintenance teams to keep training equipment at peak performance.

Help develop and continuously improve training materials, ensuring our syllabus stays cutting-edge.

Support CAE technical staff in innovation critical thinking and evolution of training delivery.
