2+ years of EdTech Sales experience – Mandatory

Excellent communication & counselling skills

Strong sales & conversion mindset

Stable career track record

Comfortable working with targets

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel learners on relevant upGrad programs

Manage leads and drive conversions

Achieve monthly sales targets

Follow up and build learner relationships

Ideal Candidate: Experienced EdTech sales professionals with strong communication and a proven conversion track record.

Skills:- Communication Skills, Problem solving, Negotiation and convincing
