Investigate reconciliation breaks and transaction discrepancies and, for the most part, resolve routine issues independently while seeking guidance as needed.

Escalate unresolved or complex items to the onshore team with clear supporting analysis.

Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, client reporting, and new client onboarding as needed.

Document and maintain process procedures, checklists, and supporting documentation to enable consistent execution and knowledge transfer.

  • Follow established controls and procedures and identify opportunities to improve or streamline recurring processes.
  • Handle more complex transactions and reconciliations, take greater ownership of assigned processes, perform deeper analysis of exceptions, and support process improvement and junior team members where appropriate.
