About ProductWind

ProductWind is the creator marketing platform enterprise brands use to win on Amazon. We organize the right creators at the right time to drive real shopper demand — and that demand drives the organic visibility, sales velocity, and review velocity that holds long after a campaign ends.

We partner with world-class brands like Nestlé, Panasonic, Logitech, and Clorox, and 90% of the companies that work with us come back. We grew from $13M to $30M last year, and sales is at the core of that growth.

About the Role

This is a full-cycle closing seat for someone early in their sales career who wants to get very good, very fast. You'll build your own pipeline, run your own discovery calls, and close your own deals — with senior AEs and our Head of Sales in the room while you learn to do it at a higher level.

We're not looking for someone who wants a script and a lead list. We want someone hungry, coachable, and competitive who wants real reps on real deals and a clear path to enterprise accounts. Our best sellers came up exactly this way.

What You'll Do

Build your own pipeline — outbound calls, email, LinkedIn, and creative prospecting into consumer brands selling on Amazon.

Run the full cycle — discovery, demo, proposal, close. You'll own your deals end to end with coaching, not hand-holding.

Sell to marketing and eCommerce leaders — brand managers, eCommerce managers, and directors at growing consumer brands.

Learn the ROI conversation — build the payback math with a buyer and defend value instead of dropping price.

Land pilots that grow — get a brand's first campaign live and set it up to expand.

Keep a clean HubSpot — accurate stages, next steps, and a forecast your manager can trust.

Get better every week — call reviews, live coaching, and a team that breaks down deals together.

What We're Looking For

1–2 years in a quota-carrying role. Some closing responsibility matters more than the title it came under.

A number you can speak to — what your quota was, how you performed, and what you learned.

Hungry, competitive, coachable — you want to be excellent and you'll do the work to get there.

Strong communicator — confident on the phone, clear in writing, comfortable talking to people more senior than you.

Intellectually curious — you ask good questions and dig past the first answer.

Bias for action — you don't wait to be told what to do.

Resilient — sales is mostly rejection. You reset fast.

Preferred

Experience selling SaaS, eCommerce, retail media, martech, or adtech

Familiarity with Amazon, Walmart, or the digital shelf

Experience selling to CPG, consumer goods, or consumer electronics brands
