Job Summary

Responsible for developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Accounts Executives will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and improve the entire customer experience.

Principal Accountabilities

Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the sales teams of Sephora.

Participate, lead, or facilitate high impact training that includes key retailer specific trainings.

Build and maintain ability to work cohesively with others in a fun and fast paced environment.

Positive teamwork, motivation, leadership skills and self confidence

Exceptional customer service skills

A willingness to work a flexible schedule and make significant local trips with a valid driver’s license, and occasional overnight travel to visit current accounts.

Organizational skills and work ethic

Maintain strong, strategic partnerships with internal and external business partners resulting in increased understanding of the business and the achievement of successful sales results.

Able to work under pressure & tight schedule.

Ability to be a team player.

Excellent communication & interpersonal skill

Adapt to changes & environment quickly.

Effective problem solver

Work Hours: 40-hour work week.

Office Day: Tuesdays are required in-office.

Day Off: Mondays are designated as a day off.

Flexibility: The remaining workdays can be flexible, depending on business needs and events.

Key Experience & Skills

Qualification and Experience

BA/BS degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs.

Proven work experience as an Account manager, or other relevant sales experience (minimum 5 years)

Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail.

Experience in the cosmetic industry is a must.

Understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.

Knowledge of advertising, merchandising and sales promotion techniques
