Account Management (IC) Associate

• •Pro-actively manage and negotiate renewal for our book rated portfolio by executing our annual renewal strategy.
• •Pro-actively upsell our products including but not limited to dental and vision products.
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with an assigned portfolio of clients and brokers, by pro-actively engaging in regular communication and delivering solutions aligned to their needs.
• •Take the lead in general and complex enquiries for assigned portfolio working with internal stakeholders to resolve and with agreed timelines.
