Account Manager, Embedded Security & Intelligence Programs

• This remote role is responsible for managing a large team of embedded security and intelligence professionals supporting corporate clients.
• You will oversee approximately 40 professionals across multiple client environments, guiding their performance, development, and day-to-day employee experience.
• The position combines people leadership, client relationship management, physical security expertise, and program coordination.
• You will partner with recruiting, HR, program leadership, and subject matter experts to maintain strong staffing and operational standards.
• As a primary client contact, you will help ensure satisfaction, resolve concerns, and align embedded teams with evolving security requirements.
• The role also contributes to training, reporting, program planning, and new business initiatives in a fast-moving environment.
• This position is fully remote within the United States, with travel to East Coast client meetings and operational sites as needed.
