- Client Management & Strategic Guidance: Serve as a trusted day-to-day client contact, presenting media recommendations, communicating performance and helping clients navigate evolving platforms and opportunities.
- Team Leadership & Development: Guide and mentor junior team members while helping ensure strong campaign execution and contributing to a collaborative environment where people can learn, grow and do their best work.
- Business Growth & Media Innovation: Identify opportunities to expand client programs and bring forward emerging platforms, technologies and media approaches that strengthen Zeno's paid media capabilities.
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in paid media, digital marketing, media strategy or integrated marketing within an agency or similar environment.

- Experience translating analytics and performance trends into strategic recommendations for clients and internal teams.
- Familiarity with programmatic display, paid search and broader digital media planning.
- Experience managing day-to-day client relationships and presenting media strategies, performance and recommendations.
- Strong project management skills with experience overseeing multiple campaigns, budgets, timelines and priorities.
- Experience collaborating across strategy, creative, analytics and integrated account teams.
- Experience mentoring and supporting junior team members.
- Collaborative and adaptable mindset with a curiosity for emerging media, technology and evolving audience behaviors.
Preferred Qualifications:
