Position Summary:

• We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced finance professional to support finance operations in China.
• This role will work closely with the Finance Manager and global finance team to ensure accurate financial reporting, regulatory compliance, and alignment with both PRC and global standards.
• The ideal candidate will bring solid accounting experience, familiarity with multinational environments, and the ability to operate effectively in a dynamic and fast-growing organization

Key Responsibilities:

• •Support day-to-day finance operations, including accounting, reporting, and financial data preparation
• •Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports (PRC GAAP and US GAAP)
• •Coordinate with third-party accounting firms to ensure timely and accurate financial deliverables
• •Ensure compliance with PRC tax regulations and statutory requirements
• •Support audit processes and liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and external stakeholders as needed
• •Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (R&D, operations, procurement) to support business activities
• •Provide basic financial data and analysis to support operational needs
• •Support the Finance Manager in ongoing finance activities

Qualifications & Experience :

• •Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, or related field
• •PRC CPA or equivalent qualification preferred
• •5–8 years of progressive accounting or finance experience
• •Big 4 audit experience and multinational company experience preferred
• •Experience in biotech, life sciences, or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• •Strong knowledge of PRC GAAP, with working familiarity of US GAAP
• •Proficiency in English and Mandarin
