You will work independently on core accounting activities, reconcile and analyze financial data, and support business stakeholders with technical accounting guidance. Your responsibilities

• •Perform and review journal entries, accruals, and provisions.
• •Execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing activities.
• •Reconcile accounts and verify the accuracy of journal entries to maintain a complete and accurate general ledger.
• •Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations and resolve outstanding items.
• •Manage fixed asset accounting, including depreciation and asset capitalization.
• •Perform intercompany reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
• •Analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements.
• •Prepare financial reports including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, cash flow statements, debtor and creditor reports, repayment schedules, and regulatory filings.
• •Provide technical accounting advice, including hedge accounting and POC accounting, to support revenue and expense forecasting.
• •Collaborate with functional and operational managers to help them understand financial reports and manage financial responsibilities.

Expectations from you

• •1-3 years of relevant accounting experience.
• •Experience performing Record-to-Report activities.
• •Knowledge of journal entries, accruals, provisions, and general ledger accounting.
• •Experience with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• •Ability to prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations.
• •Knowledge of fixed assets accounting, depreciation, and capitalization.
• •Experience handling intercompany reconciliations.
• •Ability to analyze financial information and prepare accounting reports and statements.
• •Understanding of financial reporting requirements and accounting compliance.
• •Ability to work independently while managing routine accounting activities.
