Position Summary

The Accounting Advisory Senior or Supervisor (level will be determined based on experience) is responsible for managing complex accounting processes and delivering accurate financial information to clients. This role involves performing bank reconciliations to ensure cash balances are correct, reconciling balance sheet accounts to maintain the integrity of financial statements, and leading month-end close activities such as journal entries, accruals, and variance analysis. Additionally, the position requires creating and analyzing financial reports that comply with GAAP and client-specific requirements, while collaborating with clients and internal teams to resolve accounting issues and improve processes. The Accounting Advisory Senior/Supervisor also plays a key role in mentoring junior staff and supporting overall team development.

Note: This position is onsite for candidates located in Sioux Falls, SD. Candidates residing elsewhere in the U.S. who are within commuting distance of a BPM office will be expected to follow a hybrid work schedule .
