What You'll Do

As an Accounting & Reporting Expert I , you will join the Cost Invoicing and Recharges Services Circle within Global Finance Services , supporting finance operations across APAC, Europe, and the United States. You will play a key role in ensuring high-quality financial operations while contributing to finance transformation initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include:

• •Managing end-to-end Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable processes.
• •Acting as a key point of contact for country stakeholders and supported teams.
• •Ensuring timely and accurate invoice processing, billing, payment execution, and reconciliations.
• •Supporting month-end close activities, accruals, reporting, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• •Preparing and maintaining operational dashboards, KPIs, and management reports.
• •Supporting compliance, audit, tax, and regulatory requirements.
• •Driving process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• •Contributing to AI adoption and digital transformation projects within Finance.
• •Building strong relationships with global stakeholders and service partners.

What We're Looking For

• •Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• •3-7 years of experience in Accounts Payable and/or Accounts Receivable operations.
• •Strong understanding of end-to-end accounting processes, controls, and reconciliations.
• •Experience using ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, PeopleSoft, or similar systems.
• •Hands-on experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or advanced Excel.
• •Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• •A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement.
• •Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, global environment.

Nice to Have

• •Experience in Shared Services or Global Business Services environments.
• •Exposure to automation, robotics process automation (RPA), AI tools, or digital transformation initiatives.
• •Project or process improvement experience.
• •Experience supporting international finance operations.
