What We Are Seeking

We are seeking the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam. As an Accounting Assistant, you will support accounting analysis and the input of financial information in accordance with company policies.

Key Tasks & Accountabilities

• •Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
• •Create and update expense reports
• •Process reimbursement forms
• •Prepare banks information
• •Enter financial transactions into internal databases
• •Check spreadsheets for accuracy
• •Maintain digital and physical financial records
• •Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed
• •Review and file payroll documents
• •Participate in quarterly and annual audits

Academic & professional Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in public accounting.

Experience

• •At least 1 year of experience in local taxation law (tax audits, local compliance, tax reporting).
• ** Internship is valid
• •Basic experience analyzing financial data in Excel
• •IFRS Knowledge (desirable)
• •USGAAP knowledge (desirable)
• •Workday ERP knowledge (desirable)

Intermediate English level (Desirable)
