Accounts Payable Analyst

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for an Accounts Payable Analyst based in Mexico.

• This is a fully remote finance opportunity focused on managing accounts payable operations in a fast-paced technology environment.
• You will oversee invoice processing, vendor interactions, corporate card administration, and payment workflows from end to end.
• The role combines financial accuracy with operational coordination, ensuring invoices and expenses are properly classified, approved, and paid on time.
• You will work with tools such as Ramp, Brex, QuickBooks, and other financial management platforms.
• Your attention to detail will be essential when managing cost-center allocations, employee headcount splits, and vendor information.
• The position also offers exposure to international operations and collaboration with external partners across multiple markets.
• Strong organization, communication, and ownership will be key to keeping the accounts payable operation efficient and reliable.
