What You Will Do
Match vendor invoices to purchase orders and receiving records, then code them to the correct project, cost center, and GL account
Prepare and process weekly payment runs (ACH, wire, and check) and keep vendor accounts current
Reconcile vendor statements, research discrepancies, and resolve past-due balances directly with vendors
Maintain vendor records, including W-9s and banking details, and respond to vendor payment inquiries
Monitor AP aging, compile a weekly report to present to the CFO and flag invoices approaching their due date to avoid late fees
Support month-end close by preparing accruals and reconciling the AP sub-ledger to the general ledger
Process credit card transaction receipts and expense reimbursements
Assist with annual 1099 preparation and other AP-related tax filings
May require assistance with payroll
Perform other/additional duties as requested by Management
What You’ll Need

Must have:
2+ years of accounts payable or general accounting experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting or ERP software
Strong attention to detail managing high-volume invoice processing
Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment
High school diploma required; Associate’s degree in Accounting or Business preferred
Experience with Oracle NetSuite is a plus
