The heart of the role

Lead and monitor the Accounts Payable team’s deliverables

Support your team members and provide technical guidance

Take part in the maintenance of Accounts Payable processes and procedures

Resolve supplier queries and complaints related to Accounts Payable processes

Ensure accuracy and completeness of Accounts Payable entries by team members

Act as the first point of contact in terms of audit requests relating to Accounts Payable processes

Perform monthly reconciliations, AP account justifications, and other MEC activities

Assist in the implementation of process upgrades to improve efficiency

Support team members to achieve a positive work environment

What makes you beat

University degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related area

1-2+ years of proven knowledge in Accounting, preferably in an international environment

Proven team-leading experience

Good Excel skills and proficiency with SAP would be an advantage

Proficient in the English language

German language is a bonus
