Sentara Pace (Program of All- Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is seeking to hire a qualified individual to join our team as a Manager, Recreational Therapist Activities.

Position Status: Full Time, Days, M-F, 8am-4:30pm

Position Location: Norfolk, VA

Overview

Responsible for the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, evaluation, directing and coordinating approved Activities Program for participants of the Program for All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) in accordance with federal, state, and local standards and the policies and procedures of Sentara PACE and Sentara Health.

Bachelor Level Degree (Required)

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $69,617.60 - $102,315.20 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
