About the Role
The Administrative Assistant provides essential administrative and operational support across Home Health, Hospice, and Physician Services. This position serves as a key resource for clinicians and office staff, coordinating communications, medical records, orders, DME, supplies, referrals, documentation, and day-to-day office operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, responsive, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
You'll manage communications and documentation, research and resolve outstanding items, coordinate with internal departments and external partners, maintain accurate records, and ensure follow-up is completed in a timely manner. By staying proactive, communicating clearly, and maintaining strong attention to detail, you'll help improve recovery outcomes while supporting efficient operations across the organization.

Office Location: 24255 W 13 Mile Rd. Suite 210, Bingham Farms MI, 48025
Hours
Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum 1 year of experience in an administrative/clerical setting
Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and valid automobile insurance coverage
Preferred Qualifications
Associate Degree preferred
Essential Skills and Competencies
Interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with staff
Demonstrate problem-solving skills, organizational skills and attention to detail
Must have strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to operate computer equipment, Excel, Outlook, Word, Fax, and photocopy machines
Pay Range
$17 — $23 USD
