Help Students Launch Careers in Aviation
Every career has the potential to change a life—but some careers let you help change lives every single day.
At Aviation Institute of Maintenance (AIM) , our Admissions Representatives are often the first person a prospective student speaks with about a future in aviation maintenance. Whether someone is pursuing a lifelong passion for aircraft or looking for a new career with long-term stability, you'll help them understand their options, answer their questions, and confidently navigate the enrollment process.
This is more than an admissions role. It's a consultative sales position where success comes from building relationships, earning trust, and guiding prospective students from their first inquiry through enrollment. If your background includes inside sales, admissions, recruiting, enrollment, customer service, or account management , you'll have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while achieving measurable performance goals.
Every student you enroll represents someone taking the first step toward becoming an FAA-certified aviation maintenance technician and joining an industry that keeps aircraft flying safely around the world. If you're motivated by helping people, exceeding goals, and making a lasting difference, we'd love to have you on our team.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a high volume of prospective student inquiries through phone, email, and in-person or virtual meetings — responding with speed and professionalism
Assess each prospective student’s goals, background, and eligibility to identify the right program fit
Guide students through every stage of the admissions process: inquiry, appointment setting, interview, application, documentation, and enrollment
Consistently meet and exceed enrollment KPIs, including outreach volume, contact-to-appointment conversion rates, application completion rates, and closing ratios
Proactively follow up with prospective students to keep momentum and resolve barriers to enrollment
Maintain accurate records of student application status and pipeline activity in the CRM
Represent AIM at open houses, career fairs, and community recruitment events
