Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Workfront Solution Design & Configuration

Configure and optimize Adobe Workfront objects including projects, tasks, issues, templates, custom forms, and statuses to meet business needs.

Design and implement workflows, approvals, routing rules, and automations to improve delivery efficiency and governance.

Build and maintain custom forms, calculated fields, and validation logic to ensure data quality and usability.

Integrations & Automation

Develop and support integrations using Workfront APIs to connect Workfront with enterprise tools and downstream systems.

Create event-driven and scheduled automations to reduce manual effort and improve operational consistency.

Troubleshoot integration failures, performance bottlenecks, and configuration issues with clear root-cause analysis.

Reporting, Dashboards & Adoption

Build dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights for delivery teams and leadership.

Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and deliver iterative improvements.

Support user onboarding, documentation, and enablement to drive platform adoption and best practices.

AI Enablement

Identify opportunities to apply AI to enhance reporting, workload forecasting, prioritization, and operational decision-making.

Collaborate on proof-of-concepts that introduce intelligent recommendations and automation within work management processes.

Technical requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

3–5 years of experience working with Adobe Workfront in configuration, development, or platform administration roles.

Hands-on experience with Workfront setup: templates, custom forms, workflows, approvals, reporting, and dashboards.

Working knowledge of Workfront APIs and integration concepts (authentication, endpoints, payloads, error handling).

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business requirements into platform solutions.

Education: BE, ME, BTECH, MTECH, MCA, MSC, MBA.
