Sentara Medical Group - Internal Medicine Residency Clinic– Prince William, is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to become an integral part of a warm, collegial outpatient team serving an adult patient population. This 100% outpatient role offers a flexible weekday schedule with no call, no weekends, and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced physician in a supportive residency clinic environment. Providers enjoy the rewarding balance of caring for a diverse primary care population while contributing to a practice culture built on teamwork, respect, and professional growth. Located in Woodbridge, VA , in the heart of Prince William County, this position is ideal for an experienced APP who values autonomy, strong physician collaboration, work-life balance, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a growing community.

Position Highlights:

Flexibility within a Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm

40 hours a week (36 patient contact hours and 4 hours of admin time)

Average 25 patients/day

Small, growing practice where team members truly support one another

No call, no weekends – office is closed Saturday and Sunday

Minimum Requirements:

Active NP or PA

Minimum master’s degree required

Minimum 3 years’ experience working as a Internal Medicine APP

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $121,596.80 - $142,792.00 annually. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call pay, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs. Note: If an annual salary is posted, it is based on a full-time colleague working 2,080 hours annually.
