Minimum Qualifications:

• •Current state license as a Physician Assistant or Advance Practice Registered Nurse (APRN).
• •Certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner (Credentialing requirement).
• •Eligible for State Controlled Substance License II through V.
• •Eligible for Federal DEA Certificate II through V.
• •BLS Certification for Healthcare Providers.
• •Other certification as required (e.g. ACLS, PALS, TNCC, NRP).

Preferred Qualifications:

Master’s degree. Education must be obtained from an accredited institution. Degree will be verified.

The hourly range for this position is listed below. Actual hourly rate dependent upon experience.
