Affiliate Care & Education Manager

Position Focus:

Reporting to the Director of Mobile Operations (D-MO), the Affiliate Care & Education Manager (ACE-M) serves as the primary relationship liaison between the ministries and pregnancy centers operating affiliated mobile medical units across the United States. This role exists to support, equip, and encourage affiliate partners so their mobile units remain operational, effective, and impactful in reaching women, men, and families with life-affirming care. The ACE-M provides ongoing communication, prayer support, operational guidance, and educational resources, while helping affiliates maximize the effectiveness of their mobile medical outreach. The ACE-M helps realize Care Net’s Pro-Abundant Life mission, vision, and strategies and personifies the ministry of Care Net by being a witness for Christ through their life, words, and deeds.

Primary Responsibilities:

• •Serve as the primary relationship contact for assigned affiliate pregnancy centers and ministries operating mobile medical units
• •Develop and maintain strong relationships with affiliate executive directors, mobile managers, staff members, and other key ministry contacts
• •Maintain consistent and proactive communication with affiliates through telephone calls, email, virtual meetings, and other appropriate channels
• •Regularly reach out to affiliates to understand needs, provide support, share resources, and assist with mobile ministry questions
• •Provide excellent affiliate customer care, including responding to questions and helping resolve concerns
• •Provide Christian encouragement and prayer support to members of Care Net’s affiliate network
• •Provide connection points for shared learning among other mobile ministry affiliates, including leadership of monthly ICU Mobile Fleet Meetings
• •Provide practical guidance regarding mobile unit operations, outreach strategies, and established mobile ministry best practices
• •Assist affiliates with operational questions related to scheduling, locations, church & community outreach, mobile workflow, client services, and other aspects of mobile ministry
• •Help affiliates identify operational needs and practical solutions that support effective and sustainable mobile outreach
• •Serve as a liaison between affiliates and appropriate ICU Mobile & Care Net teams, including Mobile Operations, Center Services, Leadership, Marketing and Communications, Care Net University, and other departments, as appropriate
• •Coordinate with internal teams when technical, logistical, educational, or operational assistance is required
• •Follow affiliate operational concerns through resolution and maintain appropriate communication throughout the process
• •Identify recurring affiliate questions or operational challenges and communicate them to the Director of Mobile Operations
• •Assist with content creation and systems management for educational resources, including affiliate portal articles, webinars, Bookstore resources, and/or Care Net University courses on mobile medical ministry

Events and Conferences:

• •Performs duties, as assigned, at the Care Net National Conference
• •Performs duties, as assigned, at the ICU Mobile Annual Conference
• •Participates in other events, meetings, speaking engagements, and other activities as Care Net’s representative, as assigned
• •Assist with organizing or facilitating affiliate training events and conferences

General:

• •Assist in developing reports on the progress of ICU Mobile for key staff
• •Support the D-MO and ED-ICUM on special projects as assigned
• •Maintain records of affiliate contacts where customer care is provided within the HubSpot database
• •Identify trends, challenges, and opportunities across affiliate programs
• •Provide feedback to leadership to help strengthen and expand the affiliate network
• •Gather stories and testimonials of lives impacted through mobile outreach
• •Other duties as assigned

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications:

• •Experience in pregnancy center and/or mobile medical ministry
• •Excellent customer service skills, including an ability to resolve problems and satisfy those with complaints
• •Strong sales and marketing skills
• •Strong oral and interpersonal communication skills, including in public speaking and making on-camera presentations
• •Strong written communication skills, including the ability to deliver factual content creatively and engagingly, as well as strong editing skills, including the ability to amend content for clarity, spelling, grammar, and readability
• •Strong analytical skills
• •Familiarity with the Google Suite of applications for work
• •Proficient in working with Microsoft Office software applications: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• •Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• •Strong project management skills
• •Strong technical skills, including the ability to learn new applications, problem-solve, and assist others
• •Able to effectively balance multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while achieving specific objectives
• •Able to work independently with minimal direction
• •Possesses a strong work ethic and personal ambition to succeed
• •Able to work with a diversity of cultures and Christian denominations, backgrounds, and traditions
• •Must be able to travel periodically, as needed, including travel to the Care Net National Conference and ICU Mobile Annual Conference
• •Four years of college or equivalent years of pregnancy center leadership experience
• •Committed Christian who demonstrates a personal relationship with Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior
• •Possesses a strong commitment and dedication to the pro-life position and related sexual purity/health issues
• •Agrees with and can uphold Care Net’s Statement of Faith, Vision/Mission, Core Values, and Employee Conduct Policy

Preferred Qualifications:

• •Five years of experience in customer service, content development, office administration, management, pregnancy center ministry, or a related field
• •Experience in the use of cloud-based databases and data entry
• •Master's Degree or nonprofit leadership certification
• •Basic understanding of mobile medical unit operations
