Job Description:

• •Facilitates license applications of recruits.
• •Ensures completeness of documents submitted.
• •Routes ACM to Channel Management for approval.
• •Processes license applications (Trad and VUL) and submits these to the Insurance Commission.
• •Provides feedback to the manager-recruiters on status of their recruits.
• •Ensures all documents are complete including signed Agent's Agreement prior to coding.
• •Endorses recruit files for coding; advises NBO concerned.

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• •Computer literate - Lotus Notes, Windows programs.
• •Knowledgeable in licensing regulations/ processes (IC).

Qualifications:

• •Graduate of any four-year business course.
• •Experience in licensing function from the insurance industry; administrative, customer service experience.
