What You'll Do

Connect with prospective customers through agency leads, referrals, phone outreach, and other prospecting efforts

Ask questions to understand each customer's needs, priorities, and current coverage

Prepare quotes and recommend Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance solutions

Follow up consistently with leads and manage an active sales pipeline

Confidently ask for the sale and work through customer questions and objections

Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers

Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional products and coverage

Work toward individual production goals and contribute to overall agency growth

Track leads, customer conversations, and follow-up activity using agency systems

Participate in ongoing sales coaching, product training, and professional development

What We're Looking For

Previous sales experience strongly preferred

Proven ability to work toward goals and measurable performance expectations

Confident and professional communication skills

Comfortable with frequent outbound phone calls and consistent follow-up

Ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospective customers

Self-motivated, competitive, and persistent

Comfortable hearing "no" and continuing to pursue the next opportunity

Coachable and receptive to feedback

Strong organization and time-management skills

Property & Casualty license preferred, or willingness to obtain the required licensing

Training & Development

You'll receive structured onboarding, ongoing coaching, and hands-on development to help you build confidence in both insurance and sales. You'll learn how to manage a pipeline, conduct effective customer conversations, recommend appropriate coverage, and turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.
