Key Responsibilities

Agentic AI Development

Design, develop, test, and enhance AI-powered productivity applications.

Develop AI agents capable of understanding user requests, reasoning through tasks, and invoking appropriate tools or APIs.

Implement LLM-based features using commercial and/or open-source AI models.

Develop solutions using LLMs, Prompt engineering, RAG, Vector search, Function/tool calling, AI agent workflows, API integrations

Experiment with different AI models and frameworks to identify appropriate approaches for business use cases.

Application Development

Develop production-quality applications using Python, C#, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar technologies.

Build REST API integrations with enterprise applications and SaaS platforms.

Work with databases, files, documents, and structured/unstructured enterprise data.

Develop reusable components and services for AI applications.

Write unit tests and perform debugging and troubleshooting.

Participate in code reviews and follow established software development practices.

AI/RAG Solutions

Build basic Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions.

Connect AI applications to enterprise knowledge sources.

Work with document ingestion, chunking, embeddings, retrieval, and response generation.

Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, relevance, consistency, and usefulness.

Improve prompts and retrieval strategies based on evaluation results.
