As an AI Developer - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in providing consulting services for a diverse range of business applications, helping clients optimize operational efficiency. You will analyze client needs, implement software solutions, and offer training and support to validate seamless integration and utilization of business applications, enabling clients to achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions while embracing increased ambiguity.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will leverage your broad understanding of various software solutions to assist clients in optimizing operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, training, and support. Within our Commercial & Service Excellence practice, you will use critical thinking to break down complex concepts and develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is evolving. You will uphold professional and technical standards, interpreting data to inform insights and recommendations, and using reflection to enhance strengths and address development areas.

What You Must Have

• - At least a Bachelor's degree
• - At least 3 years of experience
• - Oral and written proficiency in English required
