Job Description – AI Automation & Agentic AI Specialist

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI Automation & Agentic AI Specialist to support the development and implementation of AI-driven solutions within the CSEC Global Analytics CoE. This role focuses on building AI assistants, AI agents, and automation solutions that help improve business processes and operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate should have experience with Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Agentic AI, SQL, APIs, and system integrations , along with a good understanding of prompt engineering and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• •Design and develop AI-powered assistants, including chatbots and virtual assistants.
• •Build and deploy AI agents to automate business processes and routine tasks.
• •Translate business requirements into AI-driven automation solutions.
• •Develop solutions using Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI frameworks.
• •Create and manage monitoring agents to track performance, alerts, and process exceptions.
• •Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems using APIs and other integration methods.
• •Analyze large volumes of log and operational data to identify trends and insights.
• •Use SQL to retrieve, analyze, and manage data from various sources.
• •Design AI solutions that can access and use real-time information from multiple enterprise systems.
• •Apply knowledge of Model Context Protocol (MCP) or similar technologies to:
• •Connect AI solutions to multiple data sources.
• •Retrieve contextual information in real time.
• •Enable interactions across different systems.

• •Collaborate with business and technical teams to identify and implement automation opportunities.
• •Ensure all AI solutions comply with IQVIA standards for security, privacy, and governance.
• •Prepare and maintain technical documentation, workflows, and support materials.

Required Skills & Experience

• •Good understanding of Generative AI, LLMs, and Agentic AI concepts .
• •Experience building AI assistants, chatbots, or similar AI solutions.
• •Ability to convert business processes into automated AI workflows.
• •Understanding of RAG.
• •Strong SQL and Python skills.
• •Knowledge of APIs and enterprise system integrations.
• •Experience working with large datasets and log files.
• •Understanding of MCP or A2A.
• •Experience with Azure AI Services or related cloud AI platforms.
• •Knowledge of responsible AI, compliance, and security requirements.
• •Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

• •Experience in analytics, automation, or a Global Analytics CoE environment.
• •Exposure to Agentic AI frameworks, RAG solutions.
• •Understanding of data privacy and secure AI deployment practices.
• •Ability to evaluate business use cases and recommend appropriate AI solutions.

Experience & Education

• •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• •2 + years of experience in Agentic AI and automation,
• •3-5 analytics, software development.
