AI Engineer

What would you be doing?

Designs, builds, and deploys AI solutions (LLMs and traditional machine learning models), from Proof of Concept (PoC) to production.

Responsibilities:

• •Implementing and integrating AI models (fine-tuning, RAG, ML pipelines)
• •Deploying models to production and maintaining them (MLOps, monitoring, evaluation)
• •Working with data: feature engineering, data quality, and dataset preparation

What are we looking for?

• •Python and key libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow, scikit-learn, LangChain/LlamaIndex)
• •LLM technologies: prompt engineering, RAG, fine-tuning, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Qdrant, pgvector)
• •Traditional ML: supervised and unsupervised learning models, evaluation, and validation
• •MLOps: containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), CI/CD, MLflow, model serving (vLLM, Triton)
• •SQL, cloud platforms and/or on-premises infrastructure
• •Independently delivers tasks within a defined solution architecture.
• •English and Polish speaker.
