Your Role & Responsibilities:

We are seeking an AI - Lead Analytics Solution Architect to join our growing team in Egypt. In this role, you will be responsible for designing innovative AI-driven analytics solutions that address complex finance and operations challenges. You will collaborate with business stakeholders, delivery teams, and go-to-market functions to architect scalable solutions, support client engagements, and drive measurable business outcomes through data, analytics, and artificial intelligence.

As an AI - Lead Analytics Solution Architect, your main responsibilities will include

• •Collaborate with product, delivery, and business development teams to develop compelling analytics and AI solution proposals.
• •Lead the design and architecture of scalable, secure, and high-performance analytics solutions for Intelligent Finance & Accounts Operations (IFAO).
• •Translate business requirements into technical architectures, solution blueprints, and implementation roadmaps.
• •Design advanced reporting, analytics, forecasting, and decision-support solutions using modern cloud and data platforms.
• •Drive innovation by incorporating AI and Machine Learning use cases such as financial forecasting, spend analytics, inventory optimization, operational performance analytics, and risk management.
• •Collaborate with finance, operations, data engineering, and technology teams to deliver business-focused analytics solutions.
• •Support RFP responses, solution proposals, estimations, and go-to-market initiatives.
• •Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture standards, data governance frameworks, and compliance requirements.
• •Serve as a trusted advisor and technical authority for AI and analytics solutions during client engagements.
• •Develop reusable assets, accelerators, frameworks, and best practices to support future opportunities.
• •Mentor architects, analysts, and delivery teams while fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

• •Build strong relationships with clients, partners, and key stakeholders.
• •Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, cost-optimized, and aligned with business objectives.
• •Stay current with emerging technologies and trends across AI, Generative AI, Agentic AI, cloud, and enterprise analytics platforms.

Your Profile

• •Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• •12+ years of experience designing and delivering enterprise analytics, data, AI or digital transformation solutions.
• •Strong experience architecting analytics solutions across Finance and Operations domains, including O2C, P2P, R2R, Financial Planning & Analysis, and related business processes.
• •Strong understanding of Intelligent Finance & Accounts Operations (IFAO), budgeting, forecasting, cost allocation, performance management, and financial operations.
• •Experience identifying and implementing AI and Machine Learning use cases to drive business value and operational efficiency.
• •Knowledge of analytics, BI, data integration, and cloud technologies including Power BI, Azure Synapse, Azure Machine Learning, and Azure Data Factory.

• •Experience working with ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrating them with analytics solutions.
• •Strong understanding of data architecture, data modelling, data integration, and governance principles.
• •Experience responding to RFPs, developing solution proposals, and supporting go-to-market strategies.
• •Ability to assess and communicate business value, ROI, and financial impact of analytics and AI solutions.
• •Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
• •Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• •Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams across business and technology functions.
• •Good understanding of emerging AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.
• •Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
