AI LLM HR EXECUTIVE (Lateral + Campus Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

Lead the hiring process for AI and LLM roles, including generative AI and TQM positions.

Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies for lateral and campus hiring.

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.

Campus Recruitment:

Organize and execute campus recruitment drives at Tier 1 colleges.

Conduct group discussions and interviews to assess candidates’ fit for AI and LLM roles.

Build and maintain relationships with academic institutions for talent sourcing.

Performance Metrics:

Track and report on recruitment metrics, including the number of positions closed in AI and LLM roles and personal contributions to these closures.

Analyze and optimize hiring strategies based on performance data.

Industry Knowledge:

Stay updated on trends and developments in AI and LLM technologies.

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications:

Minimum 4 years of experience in HR recruitment, with a focus on AI and LLM roles.

MBA graduate with a strong understanding of the AI and LLM landscape.

Proven track record in closing positions in AI and LLM, including experience in generative AI and TQM hiring.

Familiarity with various recruitment strategies for campus and lateral hiring.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to conduct group discussions effectively.
