About Giftogram
Giftogram is the leading B2B digital gift card and rewards platform, helping companies send meaningful incentives, recognition, and rewards at scale. We work with enterprise clients across industries and integrate with the tools their teams already use — HubSpot, Salesforce, Slack, Workday, and more. We’re a fast-moving team that operates with intention, and we’re looking for someone to help us harness AI to do our best work.
About the Role
We’re hiring an AI Operations Manager who thinks like an engineer but wants to operate like a business builder. This role is purpose-built for analytically minded people who are excited about applying their technical foundation — not to write code all day, but to architect systems, solve operational problems, and drive real business outcomes across a revenue organization.
If you have a background in CS, engineering, math, or science and you’re drawn to the idea of being the person who brings AI into how a company actually works — not just how it’s built — this role was designed for you.
You’ll report to our Head of Revenue and work closely with our GTM teams — sales, marketing, and customer success — to identify where AI can eliminate friction, accelerate output, and improve outcomes. You’ll build the workflows, manage the tools, and train the team to actually use them.
Is This Role For You?
This role is a strong fit if you:
Have a technical or analytical foundation and want to apply it in a business context
Are genuinely excited about AI as a force multiplier for operations — not just as a subject to study
Want ownership and visibility across an entire organization, not a ticket queue or a sprint backlog
See the convergence of AI and business operations as where the most interesting work is happening right now
Are looking for a career path, not a placeholder
This is probably not the right fit if you’re primarily motivated by building software or if you’re looking for a role where deep coding is the core of the work. We want someone who is energized by what comes next — and ready to own it.
What You’ll Do
Build AI workflows and automations: across our GTM stack — including HubSpot, Slack, and connected tools — using platforms like Claude, ChatGPT, Zapier, and Make
Identify and prioritize AI use cases: across sales, marketing, and customer success by working directly with team leads to understand day-to-day friction points
Create and maintain prompt libraries, SOPs, and playbooks: so AI usage is consistent, repeatable, and scalable across the team
Manage AI tool vendors and subscriptions: evaluate new tools, own renewals, and ensure we’re getting ROI on what we’re paying for
Train and enable the team: on AI tools and best practices through hands-on sessions, documentation, and ongoing support
Monitor and report on AI adoption and impact: tracking how workflows are being used and what’s actually moving the needle
Stay current on the AI landscape: and bring relevant developments and tools to leadership’s attention proactively
What We’re Looking For
Background in CS, engineering, mathematics, data science, or a related technical field
Genuine hands-on experience with AI tools like Claude, ChatGPT, or similar — you use these daily, not occasionally
Familiarity with automation platforms (Zapier, Make, or similar) and CRM/GTM tools (HubSpot experience is a plus)
1–3 years of experience in an operational, analytical, or business-facing role — or a strong internship/project record that demonstrates this orientation
Strong communicator who can translate technical concepts for non-technical teammates
Highly organized, self-directed, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving environment
Bonus Points
Experience building HubSpot workflows or integrations
Familiarity with AI prompt engineering or building Claude/GPT-powered automations
Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, rewards, incentives, or a revenue-driven business
What We Offer
Competitive base salary based on experience
A front-row seat to how a modern B2B company builds its AI muscle — with real ownership over making it happen
Direct access to leadership and the ability to shape how this function grows as AI becomes central to everything we do
