AI Orchestrator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a AI Orchestrator based in Brazil.

• Orchestrate the end-to-end delivery flow across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), connecting upstream demand with technical execution and final delivery.
• This role sits across the entire value stream rather than within a single delivery stage, coordinating people, AI agents, workflows, and dependencies.
• You will govern how work is delivered, ensuring the right balance of time, cost, quality, compliance, and business value .
• The position combines delivery governance, process evolution, AI fluency, workflow optimization, and financial and technical feasibility assessment.
• You will work closely with AI Engineers, AI Deployment Engineers, and multidisciplinary teams to translate demand into executable solutions.
• Success will depend on your ability to define meaningful metrics, manage exceptions and approval boundaries, and continuously improve the operating model.
• You will also help teams adopt a new way of working centered on effectively orchestrating AI agents rather than relying solely on traditional specialization.
