- As an AI Science Writer, you’ll translate cutting-edge AI and machine learning research into accurate, engaging, and accessible stories.
- You’ll work at the intersection of scientific research, technical communication, journalism, and multimedia storytelling.
- A core part of the role will be reviewing new models, architectures, papers, and research to identify what is genuinely novel and important.
- You’ll turn complex technical concepts into compelling written and visual narratives through articles, explainers, diagrams, charts, and other formats.
- You’ll engage directly with researchers, engineers, founders, and scientific leaders to investigate ideas and verify technical claims.
- The role also offers opportunities to cover major conferences, host research-focused events, and experiment with AI-assisted editorial workflows.
- This is an ongoing contract position with a fixed monthly retainer, flexibility, and potential opportunities for longer-term career growth.
