AI Solutions Engineer

• Your mission
• •Harmonize the different AI tools and initiatives already taking shape across teams into one coherent, company-wide approach
• •Design and roll out new AI-driven workflows - using agents, skills, and similar methods - that put our AI strategy into practice
• •Own the AI infrastructure - cloud and on-premises - that powers these workflows, from architecture through deployment
• •Serve as the internal reference point for AI, advising projects on regulatory, compliance, and risk questions
• •Vet and validate externally sourced AI components before they enter our products or processes
• •Grow AI literacy across the organization through mentoring, knowledge-sharing, and hands-on enablement

• Your profile
• •Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or a related field
• •5+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering or AI solution architecture
• •A proven track record of taking at least one AI/ML solution from concept to real-world production - not just a proof of concept
• •Working knowledge of both cloud-based and on-premises or local AI infrastructure
• •Sound understanding of AI governance and regulatory considerations, ideally within a regulated industry
• •Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical depth into terms non-technical stakeholders act on

• •Analytical, hands-on, and pragmatic - equally comfortable in the details and the big picture
• •A confident communicator who can align stakeholders and earn trust without relying on formal authority
