Aircraft Control System Architect (m/f)

Job Description:

Airbus Commercial Aircraft is looking for an Aircraft Control Multi-System Architect (f/m) to join our Aircraft Control Department based in Toulouse, France.

You will join the design office within the Aircraft Control Multi-System Functions & Architecture group (1YC). We are looking for an engineer to ensure overall technical and project leadership on R&T projects preparing the Next Gen Aircraft .

Your challenges:

• •Leading technical and project activities on the 1YC perimeter while coordinating key multi-system interfaces.
• •Defining, validating, and driving trade-offs for aircraft control multi-system architectures.
• •Owning technical risks and opportunities, including mitigation definition and follow-up.
• •Optimizing aircraft control products and processes by sharing expertise across engineering projects.
• •Contributing to the safety enhancement of aircraft control products.

Your boarding pass:

• •Proven experience in aircraft/systems development, avionic systems, and flight control systems (10 years min)
• •Ability to assess complex multi-system architectures and integrations from an aircraft-level functional perspective.
• •Strong leadership skills with a collaborative, proactive, continuous learning, and pioneering mindset.
• •Negotiation level of English.
