Functions/Responsibilities:

Must be able to multi-task, respect / maintain confidentiality, be service oriented, be trustworthy / ethical, and be sensitive/respectful of diverse populations/cultures. Must work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude.

• •Disassemble, inspect, assemble engines I.A.W. Manufacturers Manuals.
• •Perform engine removals and installations on-wing.
• •Be proficient in reading OEM Manuals and precision measuring tools.
• •Perform repair processes to engine components.

Requirements

Qualifications / Skills:

• •Aircraft Engine experience preferred.
• •Experience with CF34 and TFE-731 Engines preferred
• •Airframe & Powerplant License Required

Education:

High School Graduate or GED

Work Environment & Culture Skills:

• •Must pass DOT/FAA pre-employment drug screen and a DOT/FAA compliant background check
• •Understand, read and write English
• •Reliable, punctual, flexible, motivated, resourceful, energetic, organized and able to manage and be managed
• •Ability to multi-task, respect, and maintain confidentiality
• •Service oriented and able to work at a fast pace and handle stress and problematic issues well with a good attitude

Location Requirements:

• •Operation based in Ypsilanti, MI
• •There is no ability to work from home

Shift Requirements:

Must be available full-time and work overtime when required
