Vous souhaitez développer vos compétences en Data, CRM, Customer Insights et Marketing Analytics sur des projets concrets à fort impact métier ?

Rejoignez notre équipe de conseil et participez à des missions variées auprès de grands comptes, autour de la connaissance client, de la valorisation de la donnée et de la transformation des stratégies marketing et CRM.

🚀 Vos missions

Analyser et valoriser des données clients afin d'en extraire des insights à forte valeur ajoutée.

Réaliser des études sur les comportements clients et les performances marketing.

Participer à la construction de segmentations clients et à l'identification de profils comportementaux.

Contribuer à des travaux de scoring, de modélisation et d'analyses prédictives selon les projets.

Définir des KPI et participer à la création de tableaux de bord décisionnels.

Formuler des recommandations et accompagner les équipes métiers dans l'exploitation des analyses.

Participer aux ateliers, comités de pilotage et restitutions auprès des clients.

Contribuer à la veille et aux réflexions autour des usages de la Data, de l'IA et du CRM.

👤 Votre profil

Étudiant(e) en Bac+4/5 (École d'ingénieurs, Université ou École de commerce avec spécialisation Data).

Vous aimez manipuler les données et résoudre des problématiques business.

Vous avez des bases en SQL et connaissez Python ou R.

Curieux(se), rigoureux(se) et doté(e) d'un bon esprit d'analyse.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe et avez un bon sens de la communication.

Vous disposez d’un bon niveau d’anglais, à l’écrit comme à l’oral.

Un intérêt pour le CRM, le Marketing Analytics et la Data Science est un vrai plus.
