Salary range: $71,718.40 - $85,425.60. Placement within the range is typically based upon a review of skills, experience, and internal equity.

Hours per week: 40

Paid leave: 3 weeks vacation per year

As the Alumni Engagement Officer , you’ll be at the heart of designing and delivering innovative programming that celebrates our alumni, supports our students, and strengthens relationships across campus and beyond.

Reporting to the Manager, Alumni Engagement, you’ll lead projects that bring people together—whether through signature events, storytelling, or strategic partnerships. We’re looking for someone who thrives on collaboration, has a sharp eye for detail, and brings a customer-first mindset to everything they do. You’re equal parts relationship builder, project manager, and event strategist. You’ll work closely with teams across Advancement, Communications, Marketing, SAIT’s schools and departments, and external partners to elevate alumni engagement and showcase the incredible impact of our graduates.
