- KRA1 Samples & Demos of Products To get the samples executed of all the enquires given by the marketting team within 48 hrs in normal condition & to check the quality of the sample after it is done. Bills of the contractors & dealers
- KRA2 Awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers To create awareness of Products through Presentations while meeting with customers
- KRA3 Complaint Handling To be attended immediately on the same day
- If related to quality material is sent to the R&D team & checked by us for application- within 48hrs
- KRA4 MIS Competitors Information
As & when something new is being done in the market it is collected and shared with the team
