• This role is an opportunity to act as a key link between clients, technology teams, and business stakeholders across medium- and large-scale implementation projects.
• You will help translate business needs into clear functional requirements and practical technology solutions.
• The position covers the full implementation journey, from system configuration and training through testing, validation, and handover to technical support.
• You will work closely with commercial, development, project, and customer support teams to keep initiatives aligned and moving forward.
• Your ability to understand client needs and communicate effectively will be central to delivering a strong customer experience.
• The role also offers opportunities to identify process improvements and propose changes that increase operational efficiency and business results.
• It is particularly suited to professionals with technology implementation experience and a solid understanding of the pension/retirement benefits business.
