Analista de Onboarding - Comercial/Financeiro

As an Onboarding Analyst, you will play a key role in helping customers successfully implement and adopt an ERP solution. You will combine commercial and financial knowledge with strong communication and relationship-building skills to guide customers throughout their onboarding journey. The position includes both virtual and on-site implementation activities, customer support, training, and documentation. You will work directly with customers to understand their needs, resolve challenges, and ensure a positive experience. The role also provides opportunities to contribute new ideas, improve methodologies, and share knowledge with colleagues.
