• This is a remote opportunity focused on transforming complex operational processes into mature, efficient, and measurable workflows.
• You will investigate end-to-end operations, identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies, and design improved processes based on data and evidence.
• The role combines process management, Lean methodologies, analytics, governance, automation, and change management.
• You will work closely with operational teams, technology, product, leadership, and external BPO partners to turn opportunities into sustainable improvements.
• A key part of the position is establishing standards, KPIs, documentation, and governance that support continuous operational evolution.
• You will also help identify opportunities for RPA, workflow automation, and AI-enabled processes, translating operational needs into actionable requirements.
