Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• •Monitor and manage purchase orders, ensuring timely execution and system accuracy
• •Provide visibility on supply constraints, risks, and expected availability dates to stakeholders
• •Analyze inventory coverage (DOS) and identify root causes of deviations, driving corrective actions
• •Manage replenishment for ROP and MTO SKUs to ensure continuity of supply
• •Track and mitigate backorders (BO) to minimize customer impact
• •Support business inquiries and ensure clear, timely communication
• •Oversee Phase-In / Phase-Out processes to ensure smooth product transitions
• •Ensure supply readiness for key projects
• •Maintain planning parameters and review inventory policies (e.g., DOH)
• •Ensure availability and tracking of equipment and components, including forecast alignment

Expected Education

• •Bachelor’s degree in:
• •Business Administration
• •Engineering (Production, Industrial, Logistics)
• •Economics
• •Statistics or Mathematics

• •Preferred:
• •Postgraduate degree or MBA in Supply Chain, Planning, or Analytics
• •Specialized training in S&OP, Demand Planning, or Forecasting

Differentiators (especially in LATAM/global environments)

• •Advanced English
• •Intermediate to advanced Spanish
• •Experience in regional or multi-country environments
• •Familiarity with complex supply chains
